In Bronx, the cafes inside museums, botanical gardens and visitor centers are a good option on a day out, and city parks often host a coffee cart or a seasonal concession stand. Across New York, state and national parks list their concession hours online and close early outside the summer season. Check the listing for hours, admission requirements and the Google rating, and use the main cafe and bakery categories for everyday coffee, since the places here are grouped by location rather than by what they serve.

Bronx is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Bronx is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

When this attraction opened in the early 2000s, it created a new experience and perspective of observing tigers and the WCS’s efforts to protect and save them from extinction.

What a fun place!! The trip was well worth it. Most animals were out even with the warm weather. A lot of walking ,so wear your walking shoes. Hope to return sometime.

I loved the experience with our family but consider that these beautiful animals could be in better conditions, more space, by seeing them I understood that they belong to nature, even if they were born in captivity they deserve a bigger extension of land to recreate their habitat. I loved the team at the zoo, they were friendly and helpful all the time.

Recently haven't seen any tigers, well at least not any with four legs. However there is a pond within this exhibit, which contains fish, I believe they are called tiger bass. They (the fish) are very large, and if like myself, delightful to watch.
